Analysis of H-Polyiamonds

Polyiamonds consist of triangles and not squares as is the case with polyominoes. Polyiamonds are a simply connected set of equal-sized triangles, each joined to one other along an edge. It was the Scottish mathematician, T.H. O'Beirne, who first paid attention to some of the problems connected with polyiamonds in the early 1960s. Since though as Svetlana has discovered little research on the subject has been conducted. So she decided to investigate Hexiamonds in detail. She produced figures such as letters, numbers, animals etc. and in the last part of her paper configured a row of figures, which she built by adding figures to each other in different ways.
